I hit a jump at Alpine closing weekend with a little too much speed. I landed but over shot the down hill, landing in the flats. I ended up breaking my leg but not bad like when I broke my arm in half. Less speed next year. As you exhale, release the chest towards the front thigh, lengthening the spine forward.   Good for leg strength, plus improves posture and balance. www.CopyCatYoga.com

Square the pelvis with the front of the mat. Press your thighs inward like you are squeezing a block between your thighs. As you exhale, release the chest towards the front thigh, lengthening the spine forward.

 

Good for leg strength, plus improves posture and balance.
